Shipping Fees
The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout and will depend on the whereabouts and the weight of what is being ordered.

 

Time-frames
Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order and 2-3 working days to dispatch your order. All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If in a busy period your order may take longer than normal to arrive however we will be in contact with you regarding any shipping delays or you are more than welcome to reach out to us for order updates at hello@storelittlelivi.com

 

Some items may take longer to arrive depending on which warehouse they are coming from however we will be in communication and clearly state the whereabouts and time frames of your orders.

 

For any pre-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery unless stated otherwise.

 

NOTES:

  • Delivery times may vary due to the NZ Post Delivery Network & A&O are not responsible for any delays or customs charges that may relate to your online purchases.
  • A&O do not process shipping Saturday through Sunday (working days only included with estimated shipping times).
  • Delivery times may increase during promotional periods.
  • Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm and will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox including information on how to collect your parcel
  •  Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, we cannot take any responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.
